Kazakh Service Centre can provide services for production of letter from the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Canada concerning confirmation of previous driving experience in Kazakhstan. This is often needed to receive proper Canadian driver licences with the adequate categories.
Canadian provinces have their respective laws regulating driver authorization as well as the operation of provincial Registries and other entities specialized in driver testing and issuing licences. In many provinces such Registries and other entities require 3-4 years of documented driving experience overseas in order to issue Canadian driver licences of a category equivalent to Category "C" in Kazakhstan that will allow to drive cars without limitations (for example, limitations such as accompanying person or prohibition to drive at night). They often refer to such document as "confirmation letter from your country's government or from road police" but will accept the Kazakhstan Embassy letter as well. Submission of such letter will not waive the requirement for passing practical driving test.

If you will not include the return envelope, your documents will be returned by Canada Post regular mail free of charge ( KSC is not responsible for lost documents). If you need your documents to be returned by courier mail, please enclose a self-addressed prepaid envelope with postage paid or completed express mail waybill (FedEx, Purolator, UPS, DHL, Canada Post are accepted but FedEx preferred due to best service quality). We can also arrange for you the return shipping via FEDEX for additional cost.
Once our office has received your package, one of our representatives will contact you to begin the process of keeping you up to date regarding the receipt, progress and completion of your documents. Or you can choose to contact our representative yourself to make sure your documents have been forwarded.
